I love the Fuse Ladder because it’s vertical, horizontal, and lateral planes of motion working your entire body from head to toe. It’s adaptable and easily customizes to every clients needs. The Fuse Ladder has been an outstanding differentiator at our studio.

I was thrilled I could finally get Fuse Ladders for my own studio and even more excited to be the first studio in Manhattan with them! The ladders are an amazing tool for everyone from athletes and fitness fanatics to prenatal clients and people seeking rehab for injuries and chronic pain. It’s so adaptable for every population. My clients of all levels are completely in love with the Fuse Ladder and so am I!

I wanted to add cardio to my regular Pilates routine, but I am not a big fan of running or working out in a gym. I became so frustrated trying to find an alternative, and then I tried the Fuse Ladder. I’m both mentally and physically satisfied after every ladder session. My heart beats strong and I get sweaty. I can say that I have stronger abs, legs, and arms now, and I don’t have to lift weights or go to the gym. I’m addicted!

I was first introduced to the Ladder while attending a workshop on Pilates for Neurological Conditions. The versatility and potential it presented immediately piqued my interest both as a Pilates teacher and student. My initial impression was that the ladder would be a great tool for clients with special conditions (neurological, lyme disease, prenatal, wheel-hair, etc.). However, as I began taking lessons on it, I was pleasantly surprised to find the ladder to be an incredibly challenging piece of equipment for all different levels and abilities. I added ladders to my studio in Virginia and they were an instant hit with my clientele who love the new challenges infused within all the familiar Pilates exercises they already know.

As a former D1 soccer player, I was accustomed to workouts involving heavy weights and cardio. As a result, I suffered from years of chronic back pain and tight hamstrings. I was eager to try Fuse Ladder because of the enthusiasm other students taking Ladder had for it. It not only looked like an incredibly challenging workout, but it also looked like a fun and great way to spend 50 minutes. The Fuse Ladder eliminated years of back pain, improved my flexibility significantly, and also provided me with drastically improved core strength and balance. I not only noticed a feeling of improved health, but I quickly noticed definition in my abs, arms, legs and back muscles. The most surprising thing was how hard it was. As a former athlete, I thought Ladder would be somewhat challenging at first, but also fairly easy to master. I was incredibly wrong. I left the first session more sore than I’ve ever been from a workout in my life! Give it a shot once and you’ll be hooked. That’s what happened to me, and I’ve tried so many fitness classes and fitness “fads” of the month. This is a workout that is fun, challenging, and gives you the best results. Fuse Ladder is the real deal, and I’m hooked!

Before I discovered the Fuse Ladder I had a really hard time committing to a regular fitness routine. It is a challenge to make time to workout when life gets busy. At first, I felt obligated. Now, I feel liberated. When it is time to work out, I stop everything and go to Fuse. I am the fittest I have ever been, and I honestly believe it is due to regularly taking ladder classes. The first ladder class left me with T-Rex arms. And yet, I went back, I think because it was so different. And challenging. And awesome. I was shocked by how quickly I improved. The first time you try an exercise, you might think, man, this is tough. How can I ever do even one rep, let alone master this? But only a few weeks later, you find that actually, you *can* do that move, or do more reps, or do it with better form. Try it. It is like nothing else out there...and in a good way. Each class is truly a full-body workout. It is cardio, plus strength training, plus stretching, plus fun. Don’t be intimidated. Give it a few sessions, and see how much stronger you become.

I have been doing Crossfit for a few months and was pretty sure Pilates was not going to fulfill my sweat need. WOAH - I could not have been more wrong. The ladder class was phenomenal. The teacher was super fun and really motivated me to keep my butt moving. I love this place and the fun and healthy environment.
